Circa: 1833 - documented buy the lining of newspaper, all dated within a year or two of that date
Origin: Vermont or New Hampshire
Const: paper, and newspaper, hand sewn through out with a wire rim,within the paper on the bottom, the dome appears to be wood, all of this is then grain painted red and ocher, and then decorated( by stencil) with chrome yellow paint on the top, side and bottom,this box is very solid
